RACE RESULTS

OFFICIAL PARTICIPANT'S GUIDE - (posted 6/26/18)

Two great races for both first timers and seasoned adventure racers!  Come join us at Trap
Pond State Park for our second event of 2018!

Are you a triathlete or runner, obstacle racer, or crossfitter, and looking for your perfect first
adventure race?  Our 3 hour course is designed to be the perfect first-time adventure race for
someone who has never raced in one before, but wants to try the sport out.  You can do it!

Are you a seasoned adventure racer, or a first timer that is comfortable with distances
comparable to an Olympic distance triathlon?  Our 6 hour course is for you!

NAVIGATION - No specialized navigation experience is required.  At the race start you will
receive high quality pre-plotted maps and instructions.  If you are capable of navigating
yourself from point A to point B on a map, you can do this!

Required gear is at a minimum for these courses, to make it easy to do for our first time
racers!  We provide all paddling equipment.

BIKE RENTALS:
We are allowing hybrid bikes in both our 3 hour and 6 hour courses.  We recommend
mountain bikes for the 6 hour course, but you may use a hybrid if that is the only bike
available to you.  If you do not have a mountain bike or hybrid, hybrid bikes are available to
rent for $30 each from Seagreen Bicycle in Lewes.  We unfortunately were unable to find a
bike rental provider closer to the race venue.  Bikes may be picked up in Lewes any time
during business hours on Friday, and dropped off before the close of business hours on
Saturday.  Call early to reserve your bikes if needed.  Request a "fitness hybrid."  If
interested, please contact:
